From Fundacion Salvacion
On this page we show a few of the hundred children that today live in Fundación Salvación. When they lived their parents they did not receive regular food, did not have a bed or could not go to school. In these families there often were grave problems with alcoholism, violence against the children or prostitution. There are also cases of abandonment and currently we have a baby that was found in the garbage but could be rescued in time.
For these children the orphange is a home and they found security and love. That they also discoverd friendship and happyness can be seen on the fotos on this page.

 Miguel likes to go to school and he is enthusiastic about learning which he could not do before coming to the orphanage. |
 An excursion to the ruins of Zaculeu close to Huehuetenango. This was possible due to the generosity of the american Buckner foundation that paid for bus, pizza, cola and all the entrance fees. It was a wunderfull day with brilliant weather. |
 Even though Rufino, Guicho and Israel are from different groups (note their different body height) they play together and are very kind and nice to each other. |  The little Migdalia lives in th foundation´s group of babies. |
