From Fundacion Salvacion

For quite some time Fundación Salvación has been undertaking various projects in order to generate continous income to be less dependent on donations. We present some of these projects on this page.

Cafeteria and Grocery Store Salvación

On September 1st 2009 we reopened the cafeteria in a bigger space.

In the grocery store we sell sweets, drinks, chocolates and goods for the home (sope, oil, rice, beens, soups, etc.).

In the cafeteria we serve breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks. Call us at 47071388.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, de 8AM to 6PM.

Farmacy Salvación

Selvin Rivaz is in charge of the farmacy that has been operating for eight years. The medicaments that sell most are for the gastritis, pain, infections and the flue. The farmacy both sells branded farmaceuticals and generics.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.

School of Art

On the days of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday the teacher gives classes in tailoring, handiwork, and cooking to the intern girls and ladies and to external persons that are interested and pay a monthly contribution of 15 Quetzales.

Currently the inscription is in January but we think about offering more corses for the next year.

The teacher is paid by the ministery of education.
